Mapping/GIS Specialist

Seeking independent contractor to help with mapping, GIS, soils maps, boundary mapping, tax parcel maps, soil assessments (very general) and creation of Shapefiles.  This mapping support is needed for NRCS grant applications and properties are primarily agricultural lands.   Some tight deadlines during grant submittal periods, then quiets down so requirements for support are a bit sporadic.  Need help during next two weeks on four applications.  The mapping component is simply one small part of NRCS applications.
